Chapter 78 starts with Aurora tending to our newest addition to the family baby Kata.
In other parts of the house, Harmony completed the Whiz Kid aspiration.
Iago worked on his creative prodigy aspiration.
Gus went jogging to clear his mind.
The next morning, Aurora gave Jane a bath.
While Jim reached level 3 in the potty skill.
After her bath, Jane took her turn on the potty and then played with her blocks.
She reached level 3 in both skills.
Gus completed 3 levels of his aspiration. I tried to have him complete it but just couldn’t get him to reach “maximum body potential”. He also has an A in school, maxed the fitness skill, is in range to earn the responsibility trait, and is at the top level of the lifeguard career.
We were able to age up Harmony, Jane, Jim, and Gus.
Gus posed for a selfie with Aurora. He then got a job in the athletic career and moved in with some of his older siblings.
Harmony added perfectionist to her list of traits and has the Nerd Brain aspiration.
Jim has the rambunctious scamp aspiration and the new animal enthusiast trait that came with Cottage Living.
Jane has the artistic prodigy aspiration and the geek trait.
The next morning, after the kids headed off to school, Aurora spent time with the animals.
Aurora then tended to Kata, getting her fed and changed.
Once Kata was down for a nap, Aurora spent the rest of the afternoon running on the treadmill.
Harmony came home from her first day of school as a teenager with an A.
That didn’t stop her from doing homework with her siblings.
Then she went outside to “dream big” on the basketball court. She quickly reached level 5 in the fitness skill.
Aurora spent the next morning working in the garden.
Since Harmony has an A in school she used a vacation day and spent the afternoon playing chess with Aurora.
After school, Iago worked on his aspiration and creativity skills by practicing the violin.
Jane also worked on his aspiration and creativity skills by drawing pictures at the craft table.
Jim played on the jungle gym and worked on his aspiration and motor skill.
Kata aged up into a fussy toddler.
Aurora started potty training her right away before putting her to bed for the night.
On Saturday morning, Aurora made a grand breakfast for everyone.
I have no idea what caused this melt-down. Gotta love fussy toddlers.
But she did manage to reach imagination skill level 3.
Harmony read some of the Shipping Container Kids books to complete the read 3 books requirement for her aspiration.
Iago and Jane worked on their artistic prodigy aspirations.
Jim worked on his rambunctious scamp aspiration.
After completing all of his drawings at the craft table, Iago spent time “playing with emotion” with his toy panda.
He reached creativity level 10 and completed his aspiration.
Before going to bed, Kata reached communication level 3.
With his aspiration complete, Iago spent time on Sunday playing chess with his sister Harmony.
Eugene Mahoe (gallery) went walking by the house.
Aurora gave him a polite greeting, which had them become instant friends.
Aurora invited him inside and up to her bedroom. They talked, flirted, blew kisses, and she gave him a back massage.
They were quickly able to share their first kiss.
They tried for a baby in Aurora’s bed but did not get pregnant the first time.
Time for round two in the shower.
Aurora is pregnant!
Aurora shared the news with Eugene and they posed for a selfie.
Meanwhile, Jane continued to work on her aspiration by practicing violin in the far back corner of the property (out of hearing range).
Harmony did flashcards with her little sister Kata.
Jim played keyboard commander on the computer.
The next morning, Aurora was promoted to Sap-Splicer.
Aurora took care of the animals.
While Kata was busy inside dancing to music on the stereo.
She reached level 3 in the movement skill.
Aurora then did flashcards with Kata until the kids came home from school.
Iago came home from school with an A.
Harmony and Jane worked on school projects while Kata watched.
Harmony reached level 5 in the logic skill while Kata reached level 3 in thinking.
Harmony completed the first level of her aspiration, has an A in school, is in range to earn the responsibility trait, and reached level 5 or greater in two skills.
That makes it cake time for Iago, Kata, and Harmony.
Harmony got a job as an astronaut and moved in with some of her older siblings.
Iago has the super parent aspiration and the cat lover trait.
Kata has the genius trait and the artistic prodigy aspiration.
While the rest of the family was inside having cake, Jim was outside on the jungle gym completing his aspiration.
Later that night, Aurora received word that her daughter Dinah was expecting a baby with Nick Porter.
The next morning all of the kids went to school. I think this is the first time we haven’t had at least a toddler or a baby in the household. Aurora spent the morning with the animals.
Later she tried out canning preserves for the first time.
Jane and Jim came home from school feeling confident.
Because they both came home from school with As.
Iago, Jim, Kata, and Aurora celebrated with a dance party.
While Jane drew her 5th picture at the craft table.
And completed her aspiration.
That means it is once again time for cake.
Jim added the bookworm trait and has the Joke Star aspiration.
Jane added the clumsy trait and is looking for her soulmate.
Jim started working on his Joke Star aspiration right away by telling jokes to Iago and Jane.
I was so focused on the kids that I almost missed the fact that Aurora was in labor.
We have another set of twins. Welcome to the family Lewis and Lilo. Lewis is named after one of the characters in Met the Robinsons and Lilo comes from Lilo and Stitch.
