Chapter 74 starts on a sad note with Grace passing away.
Back inside the house, Aurora spent time feeding baby Gus.
Then Aurora went and ran on the treadmill to work off some of the weight she gains with each pregnancy. I don’t mind her getting curvy but sometimes the extra weight makes the clothes look distorted.
Later she read Flynn to sleep and helped him earn his third imagination skill.
The next morning, Aurora made a grand breakfast for everyone.
Evie decided to skip breakfast though as she was too focused on her video game.
As mentioned in the last chapter, Coral already has an A in school so she got to stay home. Flynn watched her paint and increased his thinking skill.
Aurora spent more time running on the treadmill.
I was getting notices that the chickens were getting ready to run away, so I sent Coral outside to feed them and clean the coop.
She then came inside and gave her brother Flynn a bath. I just love having teens in the house.
After school, Evie worked on her aspiration and motor skill by playing keyboard commander on the computer.
Dinah went fishing in the rain. She earned her 10th mental skill and completed her aspiration.
Coral sold enough paintings to complete the first level of her Fabulously Wealthy aspiration. She also is in range to earn the responsibility trait, has an A in school, and reached level 5 in two skills.
Coral and Dinah could both age up but I am waiting on Flynn to earn his final few skills as well as the notification that Gus is ready to age up. I would rather only have to make one cake and take one trip into CAS. Coral works with Flynn on his thinking skill.
Aurora helps Dinah get a jump start skill building by teaching her how to knit. I like that knitting carries over from child to teenager.
I finally got a shot with everyone (minus infant Gus) eating together as a family.
It took all of Saturday but Flynn finally reached level 3 of the potty skill.
Then after playing with his blocks and watching his sister knit, Flynn earned his 3rd thinking skill.
Dinah also reached level 4 in the knitting skill.
We also got the message that it was Gus’s birthday, so that means it is cake time.
I can’t remember what third trait Coral added but I do know that since she has the Child of the Island trait I moved her to Sulani and got her a job as a conservationist.
Dinah added goofball to her list of traits and wants to be a computer whiz.
Flynn is a rambunctious scamp and cat lover. Sadly he will never get a cat as we have no room for pets in the 100 baby household.
Gus rolled the independent trait which is AMAZING!!
Within minutes of aging up Gus earned his first thinking and movement skill by walking around the table and watching his older siblings do their homework.
Then he went to the potty by himself and earned his first potty skill.
After finishing their homework, the older kids played video games. It helped both Evie and Flynn with their motor skill and Dinah with her Computer Whiz aspiration.
While playing, Evie completed her aspiration. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have an A in school and will have to wait to age up.
Aurora received a promotion and is now a Stem Researcher.
We used the money from the promotion to purchase a new Cow and lama.
On Monday, while the older kids were in school, Gus spent the day talking and hugging Bun Bun. He quickly reached level 3 in communication.
Meanwhile, Aurora called and invited over Julio Der Mar (Gallery).
Aurora invited him upstairs to her bedroom. She whispered in his ear, tickled him, gave him a massage, and blew him a kiss.
It wasn’t long before they were able to share their first kiss.
And try for a baby in the shower.
Julio looked very proud of himself after that shower woohoo.
I think this is the first time that Aurora hasn’t looked thrilled to find out she was pregnant.
Meanwhile, in other parts of the house, Gus was busy dancing and working on his movement skill.
Unfortunately, none of the kids brought home As from school. The girls both started on their homework right away.
I was going to have Flynn do his homework right away too but he was feeling playful so I sent him to the jungle gym instead. I didn’t want to miss out on completing the “Play on Jungle Gym while feeling Playful” part of his aspiration.
The kids all brought home projects from school. Aurora helped Evie with her volcano while Dinah worked on programming a robot.
Gus came outside to watch them.
He reached thinking level 2.
Evie and Aurora both seem really excited about the volcano they created.
On Tuesday, while the kids were in school. Aurora tried out cross-stitching, she tended to the garden and worked on her knitting.
Dinah and Evie both came home from school with As. Dinah still needs to earn a few more skills and make additional progress on her aspiration but Evie is ready to age up.
Aurora made a cake and Evie blew out her candles.
She added active to her list of traits and has the party animal aspiration.
After cake, Dinah, Flynn and Coral played video games.
I had a momentary panic when all of a sudden Grimm showed up in our living room. I was worried one of the kids got too playful or something. Turns out he was here for one of our chickens.
Since Dinah already has an A in school, she took Wednesday off and spent the day working on her programming skill. Gus watched her work and increased his thinking skill.
He then went and played with his little black bear and increased his imagination skill.
Meanwhile, Aurora spent time bonding with our new llama and cow.
Evie and Flynn did not come home with As, so it was straight to the homework for them.
Dinah had reached level 4 in the knitting skill as a child, so on Wednesday while Evie and Flynn were at school, Aurora helped her get to level 5.
Gus had a very busy day. He stacked blocks, read stories, and played with his toys.
He reached level 3 in thinking and imagination.
Followed by level 3 in the potty skill. He just has movement left and will be ready to age up.
On Thursday, Aurora went to Finchwik and finally got a selfie with Flynn’s dad Curtis Crumble.
Then she ran a few errands for some of the locals.
Aurora had just finished talking to Mrs. Crumplebottom when she went into labor.
Back at home, she gave birth to a baby girl. Welcome to the family Harmony. She is named after one of the characters in Toy Story 4.
